Normally, your order will leave our warehouse within 48 hours of receiving the order, verifying order and confirm payment. During festive seasons, please allow us up to 72 hours (3 business days) to process your order.
POSTAGE RATES
Postage rates are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart and click on "Checkout". During checkout, the shipping cost will be displayed after you have provided your shipping address.
SHIPPING METHODS
For orders weighing less than 10kg, we use Singapore Postal Air Parcel Registered Mail Service. We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. We do not deliver to a P.O. Box address – we will only ship to a confirmed physical address. If your country's name is not listed in the country selection field on the order form, we do not currently ship to your country.
APPROXIMATE SHIPPING SCHEDULES
Standard 3-5 business days for domestic shipments in Singapore, and 7-14 business days for all other destinations.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
All merchandise must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any damaged merchandise must be claimed within 14 days of the original shipment date. Keep all packaging and contact us immediately to get an authorisation for an exchange. Any merchandise returned to us without our authorisation will not be accepted. Any item returned will be subject to inspection to determine exchange for merchandise. Exchanges are only valid for the same item.
MERCHANDISE SENT IN ERROR
If you have received a merchandise that was sent in error, contact us immediately and we will provide a replacement for any such item returned to us.
