We will ship your order within 2 business days after verifying your order and confirm payment. During peak or festive period, your order may take up to 3 business days to be processed and shipped.
POSTAGE RATES
Postage rates are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart and click on "Checkout". During checkout, the shipping cost will be displayed after you have provided your shipping address.
SHIPPING METHODS
We use Singapore Postal Air Parcel Registered Mail Service. We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. We do not deliver to a P.O. Box address – we will only ship to a confirmed physical address. If your country's name is not listed in the country selection field on the order form, we do not currently ship to your country.
APPROXIMATE SHIPPING SCHEDULES
Delivery time is 3-5 business days for local mail, and 7-14 business days for international shipment.
