Before returning any merchandise for an exchange, please email us at abvana@gmail.com. We will provide you with information necessary for the exchange.
The merchandise must be returned, within 14 days of shipment, in new, unworn, unused condition and in the original packaging to obtain an exchange. Exchanges are only valid for the same item. We will send you the replacement item at no shipping charge to you.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
All merchandise must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Any damaged merchandise must be claimed within 14 days of the original shipment date. Keep all packaging and contact us immediately to get an authorisation for an exchange. Any merchandise returned to us without our authorisation will not be accepted. Any item returned will be subject to inspection to determine exchange for merchandise.
MERCHANDISE SENT IN ERROR
If you have received a merchandise that was sent in error, contact us immediately and we will provide a replacement for any such item returned to us.
ADDRESS CORRECTION
If your address has changed since the original order, please provide us with your new address.
CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier.

PROCESSING PERIOD
Please allow up to 5 business days after receipt for your exchange to be processed and shipped to you.
